a drawing of reykjavík, which i will exhibit along with five others at the enormous tiny art show in portsmouth, new hampshire next month.
in the past year i have given a lot of thought to this road less traveled; possibly even touched the dangerous emotional depths of the solitary and structureless world of freelancing. it scared me, but just enough to show me that i want to keep moving forward and stay out of those eerie depths. starless are the nights of travel, bleak the winter wind. but in 2013, i resolve to lay down doubt, and fear, and try to travel a little lighter, for my own sake!
